Flyers and Social Media Graphics
To have as many people as possible attend our Easter events, we need your help to spread the word! For the month leading up to Easter, we will have printed flyers available for you to pickup after each Sunday service. Simply grab a handful and pass out to co-workers, friends, and around your neighborhood.
If social media is your jam, download our Easter graphics and post to whatever platform you prefer. Don’t forget to tag @kingscross.church
FAQs
-
We’re in California! Therefore, we’re pretty casual. You’ll see flip flops, sundresses and t-shirts. Wear what you like to wear!
For Easter Sunday, we will meet outside at Kate Sessions Park. Check out the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
-
You don’t need to bring anything; however, since we will be meeting outside, we do suggest bringing a blanket or chair to sit on. If you are a coffee drinker, you could also bring a cup to sip on during service.
-
We don’t have a set “start time” for the Easter Hunt since it will start after our service is over. We are estimating that it will start around 12:00p
-
Due to the amount of people that will be attending our Easter event, the food trucks will not be free or discounted. We will have two food truck options (tacos & burgers)
You are more than welcome to bring your own lunch if you would like! There are tons of picnic tables around the park!
-
There are tons of free parking spots throughout Kate Sessions Park and along Soledad Road. If those are full, feel free to park on the road in surrounding neighborhoods (as long as there aren’t signs that it is a no parking zone).

Easter Bible Reading Plan
In the season leading up to Easter, often called Lent, we have an opportunity to be reminded of all that Jesus gave through his life and ministry leading up to the ultimate sacrifice on the cross and his victorious resurrection. And what better way to do that than by going to the source? This year we recommend the Life of Jesus reading plan from our friends at the ministry “Abiding Free,” which began on February 27th and will take you through the life of Jesus up through Easter. Read with us and be transformed by Christ this season!
