2014
After Obed’s seminary education and training in Los Angeles, Obed and Elena hoped to soon return to London to plant a church. However, during their time in LA, they were exposed to the great need for churches in Southern California.
2016
After hearing about the need and an opportunity to plant in San Diego, they began to pray about the possibility.
The Brefo’s transitioned from Reality LA to the Harvest Training Center in Chicago to be equipped for a church plant.
2017
After the four month training, the Brefo’s moved to Arizona to intern at Christ Church AZ.
Obed's education and experiences in ministry provided him with the necessary skills to be a lead church planter— he loves people and is passionate about making disciples within the context of a local church.
2018
The Brefo's returned to San Diego and planted King’s Cross Church in Pacific Beach, San Diego CA.
King’s Cross Church inaugural service was held on Sunday March 4, 2018.
